The staff was understaffed and abrupt. The rooms are noisy ( paper thin walls or thin street side windows) there are much to few washrooms or toilets for the number of beds... Expect to wait for a very disgusting poorly lit moldy water dungeon, and don't be surprised by the lack of hot water after your lengthy wait. ... more
