Cardiff is a historic city in the very south of Wales. While it was quite a small town for most of its existence, Cardiff grew dramatically throughout the 19th and 20th centuries on the back of the coal industry, for which it served as a major port.

The location of the Cardiff Apartment was excellent and central to the city shopping and transport and the general ambience cheery and bright. I visited out of season and so had the whole apartment to my self. It's a two minute walk from the bus and rail station, and another two minutes from the main shopping area. Been around the world and haven't found much better than this. From the warm welcome as you entered from Jason the owner to the brand new facilities on offer this was a real find and cant praise it enough.
