Hey, I have done a similar trip before (Kassel, Leipzig, Berlin, Dresden, Prague (and Plzen), Bratislava, Vienna, Salzburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Kassel) and generally two full days in each of the cities you want to see should be ok.
