Loch Ness

Loch Ness is a lake that stretches for 37 kilometres (23 miles) in the Scottish Highlands. It is the second largest lake in Scotland, just behind Loch Lomond, but due to its extreme depth of 230 metres (754 feet), it is the largest by volume.

    Loch Lomond is so much better. Loch Ness is nice but for your time - one day - is not enuff. Go to Loch Lomond - its much closer from Glasgow and alot nicer I think. But still its not a day trip. A Guest House might be cheap enuff for 4 of you. Hostels are quite expensive in Scotland. ...
