Birmingham or Manchester - which one is better to base??
Hi all! A) I'm Troy from Malaysia,i'm on my WHV and will hit UK on April05, i'm considering to base myself either in Birmingham or Liverpool. London is not in my plan considering the high living cost. What do u guys think of that areas? the pros and cons....with one is better to stay? or do u guys ...
