its a new hostel, the staff were awesome & V helpful! unfortunately there was water issues (apparently when the river is low) so showers were few & far btween, but the staff did try 2 make the most of it! generally very clean, handy location, i would recommend it (mayb when the water level has risen?) ... more

I spent 2 days in Iquitos and yes, I did get a nice hotel with air-conditioning. An Eskimo would have been comfortable in my room! The first thing I did was stop in and pay a quick visit to the 9 year old boy that was helping the men cut leaves in the jungle. He is a real little business ...
