The service is very good, example, we arrive at 22h and we had all instroctiond to the check in by e-mail. Otherwise, there is points where the service can be much better, examples, the cleanliness and the "room service" can be much better, in 4 days, 3 night, and never change the towels, garbage dump or a mild cleaning the room. ... more

Well the hotel it self was fine cant really say anything bad about.... The service we got on the other hand was s*#t, we got there at 12pm and the man said we cant check in to 2pm but thats all he said and walk away from us, at 2pm we went back to him then he couldnt find our booking even with our name and booking number. ... more
