Málaga is a city at the southern coastline of Spain, the Costa del Sol. Most people who arrive at the airport leave the city as fast as they can and head for the beaches in one of the surrounding towns. A shame as Málaga has some sights to offer, and is trying hard over the last couple of years to become a more attractive city for tourists.

Location is absolutely lovely: right in the center and only 15 min walking to the beach. The staff is friendly. The rooms were ok but could have been cleaner. Also in the showers, some of them didn't have warm water or the lock on the door was broke. ... more
Undoubtedly the lodge is cheep and if cost is your main priority then no doubt this will be perfectly fine; it is clean, has a reasonable kitchen (albeit we didn't use), an internet computer which is free to use and good bathrooms with excellent showers.
