Oaxaca is a state located in southern Mexico on the pacific coast just west of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec. This area is the traditional home of the Zapotec and Mixtec people making this state contain more speakers of indigenous languages then any other Mexican state.

I reserved a ¨private room¨ in order to have more peace and quiet. However, the private room is a closet made of four makeshift walls which don´t even reach the ceiling which means you can hear everything that goes on in the other ¨room¨ and in the hallway and they can hear you.
