European Party Destinations 2010 (with a beach, please...)
Albena, Sunny Beach or Golden Sands, Bulgaria. Neptune and Constanta, Romania. Very small (if any ! !) admission charge into the night clubs and the night entertainment is good. Ratio men-women? I guess there are enough of both to go round. The summer in Bulgaria and Romania is amongst the cheapest on the planet ...
