I spent 3 nights in Giorgio B&B with my wife and 9-year-old son. We were completely satisfied with both the place and Giorgio's hospitality. We booked a room with shared facilities but when we arrive Giorgio offered us a room with ensuite bathroom as it was not occupied and we could spend the first two nights there for no extra charge.
The breakfasts in the two local bars were excellent and Giorgio came with us and even ordered the food and drinks for us.
Our plane home left very late at night and Giorgio allowed us to leave our bags in the room and we could even keep the keys and only collected our baggage late in the afternoon.
The B&B is only a short walk from the metro station or about 10 minutes' walk from the Vatican. The neighbourhood is safe and there are a lot of bars, food stores nearby.
The rooms and the bathrooms (we could try two) were both clean and nicely furnished. Giorgio was friendly and helpful. We'll certainly go back there the next time we visit Rome.
