The staffs are kind, they would assist you if you need to go to a place and ask for directions... Near everything... just a walking distance from Chinatown, KL City Gallery, Central Market, Sri Maha Mariammam Temple... From here there's a GO KL free shuttle service going to Bukit Bintang and from Bukit Bintang to KLCC and Petronas Towers. Value for money superb! because a simple breakfast is already included in your payment, with unlimited coffee. The place is super clean and super spacious... and im thankful that although i have brought my kids, they allowed us to stay...More Power to Raizzy's =)
