All in all it is a budget guesthouse of medium quality with rooms of different standards from completely windowless and shared bath/toiletts to nicer ones with an outside window or access to a small balcony (no Ganga view, however). But if you book it in advance on this Website you will find it overpriced compared to the conditions your neighbour will get get for a similar room after just dropping in. The promised Wifi doesn't exist an the breakfast is not included in the price. The airport transfer I ordered did not show up. In the confirmation of the booking I was charged for two persons though I had booked for only one. The owner claimed he had never received my e-mail correcting this mistake.

Generally an acceptable Guesthouse if you don't book in advance on the internet but look at the rooms first and then stipulate an appropriate price and are careful not to be cheated (like you have to be everywhere in Varanasi), but you are likely to suffer from the heavy smoke that comes over continuously from the near cremation site.
