My personal favorite are Rawa Island, Pulau Perhentian and Pulau Redang. (You will love it there) If you're want big waves, try Cherating in Pahang. More budget ones will be Pulau Pangkor, I recommend Pangkor Island Beach Resort. During my last stay in October. It was good. Nice view. Other than that ...
