Brno is the second largest city in the Czech Republic and an important cultural centre of the country. Located in the Moravia region, it is also the administrative centre of the region and home to the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic. The city centre is located in a small valley, flanked by the hills Petrov and Spilberg.
