Our place is a comfortable and receiving house situated in the city centre, we are on the first floor of a building aged at the end of XIX century. The B&B is located just two steps away from Brignole Central train Station and airport shuttle bus stop.

El B & B está situado en frente del puerto, junto al Palacio del Príncipe. Lindo y agradable, cerca a la casa de trenes Porta Principe. El B & B dispone de tres habitaciones. Está muy bien servido por el transporte pubblic. Desde aquí se puede visitar todos los lugares de la ciudad a pie, por ejemplo, el Acuario, el Centro Histórico, el Palacio Real ... Tenemos una abundancia de información de viaje para todos nuestros huéspedes.

Nuestro establecimiento esta situado en una historica plaza genovesa a solo 200 m del Acuario, del esplendido Museo del Mar y de la Ciudad de los Ninos, a pocos pasos del Centro Historico ,del Teatro de la Opera Carlo Felice, del prestigioso Palacio Ducal, de la Terminal de Cruceros, del Centro de Congresos 'Magazzini del Cotone' y de la Estacion de tren de Principe. Nuestras 33 habitaciones (completamente renovadas, pisos VIP y No Fumadores) estan insonorizadas, climatizadas, equipadas con frigo-bar, secador, telefono y television via satalite, reciente sustitucion de las puertas de las habitaciones y de los banos segun las normativas vigentes, internet ADSL e Wi Fi gratuito en la hall, servicio de acogida 24h y Garaje convencionado a solo 100 m que aplica a nuestros clientes la tarifa de 15 € cada 24h. Como llegar hasta nosotros en coche: Salida GENOVA OVEST despues direccion Acuario (no coja la 'sopraelevata') siga durante 3 Km la carretera que bordea el mar con los barcos y el puerto a su derecha , llegando al Acuario vera un barco antiguo (el Galeon) y delante de el un tunel, mantengase a la derecha del tunel (no lo coja) llegue hasta la plaza delante del Acuario y haga cambio de direccion, pasando dos semaforos gire a la derecha por Via Delle Fontane y despues al final de la calle (200 m) gire de nuevo a la derecha, pocos metros despues nos encontrara. Como llegar hasta nosotros en tren: Saliendo de la Estacion de Genova P.Principe, cruce la plaza y baje por Via Balbi, al fondo de la cual, a 5 min a pie encontrara Piazza della Nunziata donde se encuentra el hotel. Como llegar hasta nosotros en avion: Desde el Aeropuerto C.Colombo sale cada hora en punto el bus numero 100 con direccion a la Estacion Ferroviaria de Principe, atraviese la plaza y continue todo recto por Via Balbi hasta llegar a Piazza della Nunziata donde encontrara nuestro hotel.
