Le studio , restauré récemment , est doté d'un grand lit ( deux lits sur demande) , d'un coin-cuisine pour le petit déjeuner et des petit repas et d'une salle de bains avec la douche. La structure vient offre douée de draps,serviettes et du nécessaire pour le petit déejeuner. On peut aisément atteindre la plage de la ville(Poetto) avec l'autobus (P) qui part de Piazza Matteotti en face a la gare de via Roma, à dix minutes du studio. Dans le quartier de Castello on trouve des musèes très importants: le musée archèologique, la pinacothèque et le musee de la Cathédrale.La nuit s'anime dans les bar et sue les terrasses.
