Touttes les attractions comme: St. Francic Church, la cathèdrale Santa Cruz, les filets des pècheurs chinois ainsi que le quartier Mattancherry dont inclus le quartier juif ( Jewtown) avec ses nombreux marchands d'épices, se trouvent a quelques minutes de marche a pied. Des magasins alimentaires et des restaurants se situent a 200 mêtres. Vous pouvez profiter des applications de type ayurvediens dans la proximité. La prochaine plage se situe a environ 1 km. Les arrèts des autobus se trouvent a quelques minutes et circulent plusieurs fois par jour. Depuis Cochin touttes les localites dans Kerala et les pays voisins sont a atteindre immédiatements, soit avec l'avion, train ou autobus. La gare des trains se situe a 12 km, l'aeroport a 48 km. Pour atteindre les Lakkadives vous avez le choix de faire le trajet en avion resp. par bateau. LES OBJETS : L' appartement de vacance, dispose d'une chambre a coucher, une douche avec toilette, safe, living et petite cuisine (seulement pour la petite cuisine) equipée d'un frigidaire, machine a caffee, plaques de cuisson et four a gaz, vaisselle. La suite ,dispose d'une grande chambre double, safe, douche et toilette, un living avec frigidaire. La chambre double, dispose d'une douche et toilette et un frigidaire (dans la chambre). Tous les objets disposent d'une entrée séparée, climatisation et ventilation. Les linges de lit sont sur place.Les fenetres sont équipées de filets antimusquetaires, ceci pour les clients n'aimant pas les climatisations. Une installation avec courant de secour pour lumière et ventilation est sur place. Utilisation du jardin, de la terrasse et de la terasse sur le toit. Notre auberge est une belle oasis dans la Ville Cochin pour rester, explorer et se reposer. Les pièces sont sûres, propres, confortables et maintenu par la famille d'hôte. Tant la suite des pièces que de famille a l'entrée privée, la télévision par câbles, le point d'approche d'Internet de large bande pour se connecter dans votre portable avec les pièces de bain de demi-cadratin-suite ayant des toilettes, une douche, un lavabo, en dirigeant de l'eau froide et chaude.
