Miramichi has a long history of men working the logs on the river. The logs fed the many pulp and lumber mills along the river. In the past there were several pulp mills and many lumber mills. Today, there are no pulp mills and just a few lumber mills still operating. Miramichi is now a destination for people who enjoy festivals all summer and several in the winter, socialising and shopping keep this place busy. 15 Cole Crescent Miramichi, New Brunswick - Ostello
The structure is an Single Officer's Quarters that was built shortly after WW2. It was built solidly and with the grand style of the time. Lots of brass and details still are visible. The building has changed little since that time.
