V'è una cucina spaziosa e provvista di tutto (incluso caffettiera Bialetti da tre), una veranda dove poter mangiare o semplicemente rilassarsi. Compresi nel prezzo sono tè e caffè (tuttavia solo quello anglosassone), accesso internet (ADSL), parcheggio privato, servizio lavanderia nonché carta SIM di operatore sudafricano. Vi sono in tutto due camere doppie e una singola. Una camera doppia ha il proprio bagno. L'unica altra doppia e quella singola condividono il bagno in corridoio. Negozi, ristoranti, supermarket, banca, benzinaio ecc. si trovano a pochi minuti a piedi nella Regent Road di Seapoint. Sempre a pochi minuti, nella Victoria Road, vi sono mezzi di trasporto pubblici che collegano con Hout Bay, Sandy Bay, Camps Bay, il Waterfront nonché il centro città. Le spiagge di Clifton sono a circa 10 min. di passeggiata sul lungoceano (su parte della Victoria Road). Su richiesta, possiamo organizzare convenientissimo transfer da/per aeroporto (a ca. 1/3 del prezzo di un taxi).

Questa bella e spaziosa casa vittoriana, rinnovata poco tempo fa, è situata nel cuore della trendissima Long Street. L'edificio è organizzato su tre enormi livelli, ed è grazie alla ristrutturazione che i corridoi, le stanze e i soggiorni hanno ritrovato il loro antico fascino. Due balconi offrono un'affascinante vista sulla città, in particolare sulla movimentata vita cittadina, e sullo sfondo, si possono scorgere da un lato la distesa delle abitazioni e la cima del Signal Hills e dal lato opposto l'oceano e le palme. Sul tardo pomeriggio il posto di ritrovo più adatto per gente avventurosa è il nostro bar, dove è un vero piacere giocare una partita a biliardo consumando una bevada rinfrescante. A soli due passi ci si può poi immergere nella frenetica vita notturna di Long Street. La vasta opportunitá di scelta tra bar, club e ristoranti situati ad ogni angolo, crea un tipico e talvolta anche caotico ambiente festaiolo. Carnival Court è a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla famosa e rinomanta Greenmarket Square e dal centro della cittá. Il monte Tafel e le famose spiagge Campos Bay/Clifton sono a soli cinque minuti di macchina. Tutte le sale sono fornite di lavandino e attaccapanni. Inoltre le singole, le doppie, e le camere con due letti separati sono dotate di armadi, di sedie e di tavoli. Le docce e i bagni vengono invece condivisi. L'ostello mette a disposizione due cucine comuni, un bar, un soggiorno con DSTV, un calcetto e non per ultimo un biliardo dove passare piacevoli momenti. Ogni domenica la casa organizza un braai (grigliata) in cui vengono serviti tre tipi di insalata con del pane all`aglio fatto in casa. Ognuno è libero di portare cio' che desidera (carne e pesce ad esempio), ma soprattutto è invitato a partecipare alla grigliata che offre tipica musica sudafricana, tanta gente simpatica e un'atmosfera calorosa. Nel nostro ufficio turistico è possibile ordinare soggiorni per i Safari, gite mozzafiato, trasporti da/per l`aeroporto, noleggio di macchine, di BazBus ecc. Offriamo poi altri utili servizi come cambi di valuta per Euro, Dollaro e Sterlina. Inoltre diamo a disposizione mappe con sentieri per arrampicate turistiche, prese elettriche e carte telefoniche. La preghiamo di contattarci in tempo se interessati a un "meet and greet" in cui veniamo direttamante a prendervi in aeroporto e quindi guidati in ostello, e contattateci se avete bisogno di informazioni riguardo i costi e la disponibilitá di parcheggi.
