Williamsburg
Williamsburg, Virginia, is a wonderful way to step back in time. Around the 1930s, the Rockefeller family created Colonial Williamsburg as a model of colonial Virginia, including buildings, gardens, and actors. It is not advisable to go during the peak tourist season but can be very nice off-season.
