Unser Gebäude entstand auf dem ehemaligen Festungswerk der Stadt Alten-Dresden um 1824 als herrschaftliches Haus mit integriertem Gewerbebetrieb. Diese Hofanlage hatte seit dem Empire bis in die Gegenwart verschiedene interessante Nutzungen. In den Jahren 2007 – 2009 wurde das Baudenkmal liebevoll instandgesetzt und zu einem modernen Hotel umgebaut. Eingebettet in einen Park mit alten Eichen, der Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts angelegt wurde, empfängt Sie eine Ruhe-Oase, die mitten im Herzen der Stadt liegt.
