Folks, I liked the hotel and extended my stay. The staff was freindly and helpful. Although the inside needs an update, it is really threadbare, my room was clean and the bed comfortable. One problem (maybe this stay only) there was a huge group of families and they were up until late at nite (i.e. 11pm,or so) running in the halls, etc. ... more

Superb location, right in the centre of Santiago but in a quiet neighbourhood. Friendly staff who speak good English. Also very cheap. What's not too like? Well it is a little shabby, and the breakfast was hopeless, but if you're looking to stay a few days in Santiago and you're on a budget it's highly recommended. ... more
