    If you're looking for windsurfing, check out Tarifa. Probably the windiest place I've ever been, hence why it's the windsurfing capital of Spain. The town is really interesting too, and there's a natural park just outside Tarifa with some awesome views. You can also take the ferry to Africa from there ...
