Given that Zurich is awfully expensive, it is difficult to estimate the value/cost. The room was fine, and so were the shared bathroom & toilets. The place can be a bit noisy, and cigarette smoke goes all the way up from the bar, but not in the room. Breakfast from 9am only was annoying. ... more

The hotel is a cute little building at a cute little neighborhood. If you would not mind the 20 minute train ride from Zurich central train station (there is one train every half-hour), then this is a great spot for accommodation at its price.
