I can not say much good about this hotel. They provide no maps, I was unable to connect to the claimed free internet, the clerk at the registration desk knew nothing, was difficult to communicate with, and was as responsive as a tree ... more

Hotel Bellerive

We arrived in the late afternoon. When the staff walked us to our room and opened the door, our hotelroom had to be cleaned. We were very surprised about this and when we informed the staff at the reception, they were very rude and impolite to us. Furtermore, the swimmingpool was very dirty. Only plus were the view and the breakfast. ... more

Hotel Central

We stayed at Hotel Central twice - on our way in and our way out of Morocco. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the tea and espresso are plentiful and free, the rooms are clean and colourful, and the beds are soft. Ask for a room facing the street for extra light and an extra blanket if you stay in January (as we did!). ... more

  • morroco....essaouira, casablanca, fez, meknes
Hi, I'm going to be in Morocco two weeks in September. Want to see the most, but I think I have to take some places out of my route in order to see Morocco well. In the north, is Fez, Casablanca and Meknes really worth it? Which isn't? I've heard Meknes can be skipped, but what about the Roman ruins ...

  • how to get from Casablanca to Tangier
Hello all: We need to get from Casablanca to Tangier on July 18. What is the best way to travel between those two cities? There's a Royal Air Maroc flight at 12:30 am or so, which is pretty cheap and fast, but all the others are more expensive with lengthy layovers. Would a train be a better option ...

Arrived on the 20th evening. Stayed in the old medina in the youth hostel. The area around the old medina where the souks are present is a place where the excitement lies in the evening otherwise I found Casablanca as a dull place which you compare with other financial centers in the world although the locals ...

It was a perfect start to our holiday. The upstairs room with a view over the square to the port was out of this world. The location is central to everything you need, including sites and a bank.
