This is a low-budget hotel in downtown Amman, in an area I found crowded and dirty. The room was very basic, quite small, no bedside light, no door to our ensuite and a big gap in the wall which didn't encourage us to use the shower. Absolute hell-hole. So dirty! No hot water. A/C barely working. TV just about working with only 3 English channels. The service was friendly, but they owned several caged birds and one wild chicken running around the reception/breakfast/lounge area - going to the toilet a lot, and the staff would poke things into the bird cages annoying the birds. ... more
