Jodhpur is the second largest city in the state of Rajasthan, India. It is also known as the Gateway to Thar (due to its location on the edge of the Thar desert), Sun City (due to the many sunny days), or City of Blue Houses (due to the large number of blue houses).

Does anybody know which is the best way to get from Jaisalmer to Udaipur? I've tried to look for bus or trains, but I guess no trains make the route (only Jaisalmer-Jodhpur, then Jodhpur-Ajmer, then Ajmer-Udaipur).
