I can recommend Phutawan Bamboo Resort on Phi Phi island for all which want to rest from the noise of the disco down on the beach. The worst resort we've stayed in Thailand and it's the dearest one.(we are poor backpackers haha) Tooooooo far from the pier as Phi Phi is so small. The hostel was ok, the personnel was friendly. The location was not that far from the center, but we still had to walk in a dark and smelly path to get to the center. The price was not that bad. However, we have also booked a hotel for only 10 euro's more in Kata beach in Phuket and that was much better. ... more
