Not easy to find but very central once we did. We enjoyed the simple Japanese style room, got free tea, and though there was no en-suite shower the downstairs shower was in quite a beautiful and private room. ... more
It's a capsule hotel, friendly staff, in walking distance to most of the temples on the east side of Kyoto => therefore a good location for travellers who don't mind to sleep in a capsule. Probably one of the cheapest possibilities in that area (2800 Yen). Make sure to print out the map before, there is no indication written in english outside.. ... more
