Birokrat Aparthotel

The rooms don't have air conditioning, instead there is a portable a/c which is so noisy we could not sleep and it didn't cool at all so we were very hot as well. We had a terrible night there and they were not so friendly also. We booked it since it seemed nice and modern and in a good location but I would not recommend this hotel. ... more
