Location & ease of access main problem. Too inconvenient to get to from Kansai airport. Blew the budget for Kyoto on Taxi fares AUD 150 was charged for a 20 min taxi ride to & from the hotel to Osaka. ... more

Location is fantastic and the rooms were clean. However, all 3 rooms which we had were smelly... The previous border must have smoked in the room and fail to open the window.
