Good money for value. But a bit noisy. If you go there, go to Chivas Shack next door and ask for Robin or Ross...they are retired expats living in Phom penh and give zu a nice introduction about the life there and people. They run a charity called C.O.I.C.E which supports with HIV born children. You might get the chance to go there with them. ... more
