Rasta Villa

The Villa was the most peaceful place I found on the Island. Rasta Roy is a fantastic vegetarian cook and can cook jerk chicken and swordfish as well. He only eats vegetarian himself and hand picks the food he ingests. Between the common area and kitchen at the Villa, the wonderful rooms, the hammock, and the gardens, it was a joy. Easy walking distance to the Fisherman's Park for a Red Stripe and to meet more locals, just across the street from the Long Bay beach. Easy access to many activities, including scuba, sailing, hiking (local and the Blue Mountain), waterfalls, wildlife in the most verdant part of the island.
