Lowest points for how this place treated us. We booked this hotel through travellerspoint. That means that you pay a reservationfee for a sertain roomtype and the remaining amount is supposed to be paid at the arrival.
When we arrived, they showed us a list of their roomtypes/prices??!!... and asked what we wanted. I said that we want what we have reserved. The receptionist looked confused...he looked and looked at our reservationdocument and said that he has to talk to his boss. Although, he gave us a room and said that he will come back to us later about the issue. WHAT ISSUE????We had made a reservation, why not give us what we already has booked???
Next day the person in the reception said that the price we have got through travellerspoint is too cheap... that we have to pay more... that the price we have got through internet is their old price.
We did not agree. Because its not our problem to make sure that their prices is updated.
From that moment the receptionpeople embarressed my husband several times about that we have to pay more and that the price is toooo cheap.
After a lot of quarrelling, we paid the remaining amount.... that was written in the reservationdocument. BUT WE WILL NEVER LODGE THERE AGAIN!!!!!!Another thing... they also wrote that they have free airportpickup... so when we asked about it.. the answer was... sorry, you have gotten the room to cheap.
