The hotel bed had bed bugs.
The staff was not very helpful either. When I asked them to get me a motor taxi (because it was raining outside), the hotel manager refused. The manager told me to walk across the road to get a taxi myself.
Such hotels should not even be posted on the website.
Overall, very unfriendly staff and very uncomfortable stay due to bed bugs.
Hanoi Backpackers Hostel on Ma May

A big hostel in the middle of simple Ma May, a great place to meet backpackers from all around the world. However, if you're looking for a quiet space, this place is not for you. They also have 2 other branches, 1 in Hanoi and the other in Hue. The dorms are nice with your own lockers just below your bed, breakfast included, luggage storage and other amenities are available. Wi-fi connection not so good. Over-all, the hostel rocks :-)
