Mr. Martin's Cozy Place has a strong vibe...a good positive vibe.
You are made to feel welcome from the first instance and this is maintained the entire time...my stay was nine nights.
It is a very relaxed environment. I was older than all other guests but did not feel out of place or like I was intruding on their place. Their were plenty of young people/travellers who had a good social network going, enjoying each others company, talking, singing, playing, dining and wining...yet always considerate to those around them and well behaved.
The facilities are of high standard...the best bed I had slept in for two months and the rooms are spacious, not cramped...the share bathroom maintained in good order.
At first the location did take a little finding and although frustrating at the time...this became a strong point as it turned out to be a secluded little sanctuary.
The staff very helpful with directions and general enquires and level of service...managers, housekeepers, nightman, doormen...was all very compforting.
A nice tidy little spot in a great location and well worthy of being your reservation choice.

Family Cozy Bed and Breakfast was a good find and I would definitely stay here again. It's closer to the airport than to the centre of Addis but lots of good restaurants in the vicinity and I appreciated staying somewhere that felt like a home from home. Both the owner and manageress were incredibly helpful with suggestions for where to visit, how to get around etc and it was brilliant to be able to leave my luggage, have a shower and use the sitting room on a day when I'd checked out but had a late night flight. Excellent Mexican-style breakfast too!
