Mariposa

Mariposa might be a nice town, located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, but it's main draw is located a short drive from town: Yosemite National Park. Still, this small town with about 1,600 inhabitants has good hotels, motels and restaurants for a better price compared to places neares Yosemite park.
