    Actually, there is boat but not ferry from Weihai(Shandong Province, 800km from Beijing) to Soeul, cost around 100usd for single trip. I am not sure if there is boat from Tianjin New port (only 200km from Beijing) to Soeul, I will check it later, but the price shouldn't be cheap. ...
