Niriis est un petit hôtel de famille, situé 30m loin de la mer, dans la région d\'Agii Apostoli, 4km à l\'ouest de Chania. Il y a 3 bus chaques 15-30 minutes, prises 15 minutes à la ville. Il y a un arrêt 30m de grade et de bus de taxi loin. À moins d\'une minute promenade (30m), il y a trois plages, piscines, mini marchés, restaurants, parc, barres d\'hôtel, arrêt de bus, grade de taxi et un parking communal. L\'hôtel de Niriis a 24 salles. Chaque appartement est équipé d\'une kitchenette (réfrigérateur, deux fraises-mères à cuire et batteries de cuisine), douche et toilette d\'en-suite, Internet libre, TV, climatisation (supplément, différents mètres électroniques, 1 euro par Kilowat), cadre de sûreté, téléphone (supplément), lits, garde-robe, table de cuisine et chaises simples. La plupart des appartements ont deux lits, mais il y a des appartements de trois-lit, et quelques trois et deux appartements de quatre-lit avec deux salles séparées. La climatisation et le téléphone est disponible à une charge séparée. Bien que l\'hôtel de Niriis n\'ait aucune piscine, les résidants peuvent utiliser les piscines des hôtels voisins, en particulier celle au rêve crétois (nous avons l\'accord spécial). Il n\'y a également aucun restaurant ou barre dans l\'hôtel, mais il y a d\'abondance de choix dans la zone. Les dortoirs sont les salles normales d\'hôtel (no lits de couchette), avec tous les équipements ci-dessus. Aux dortoirs, il n\'y a aucun climatisation ou casier et un cadre de sûreté. Pilows et toile sont libres. Les serviettes et la toile sont de 1 euro chaque pièce. On ne permet pas des animaux de compagnie à l\'hôtel. Bien qu\'il n\'y ait aucun équipement pour handicapé, des salles sur le rez-de-chaussée peuvent être données pour un accès plus facile. Paiement par l\'argent comptant seulement.
