Agadir

Agadir is a city along the southwestern coastline of Morocco. It's the capital of the Agadir Province and the city has about 250,000 inhabitants. The larger metropolitan has about three times the number of people though.

Great advice everyone, thanks. Panama/El salvador/Nicaragua I would never have considered with kids! I am currently looking at Morocco, and some nice villas etc, around Agadir which means we're not too far from a beach for the little man, and could drive up to Marrakech for a day trip too ...
