The cash or nothing is a worry iver and I am wanting to travel to Cleveland not a big city

It's immaterial that you're travelling to Cleveland and I doubt you understand the legal definition of moral turpitude.

Read the link in Reply #7.

Good luck.

The link was very helpful so do I tell the truth about getting the visa and do the certificate and everything still ? You say they do not share data base so like what does that mean

It says on the Esta have I ever been convicted of moral turpitude I haven't at all so do I just apply for a Esta cause my cautions and arrests are not under moral turpitude

One, you shouldn't hijack someone's thread with a completely unrelated question.

And two, I know that link is a long, messy and convoluted thread with a pile of inaccurate and crap information but your question has been addressed dozen of times throughout that long discussion. Bottom line, there is no shared database under normal circumstances but there is never a guarantee.

Good luck.

contact a US consulate or the embassy in London about your record, most info here will be dated and second hand. Spend time on you tube and gmaps looking us over and developing a bit sounder interest list.

Ya want Venice? Ya want London? go to vegas. just kidding.

I'm sorry to keep questioning but it's rather confusing who can I properly talk about about this stuff I can tick no to all questions asked on the Esta visa but like others are saying if you have ANY arrests you can't apply for the Esta like it's good you saying contact people but who do I contact I have read all previous posts and they seem to be arrests of stuff of moral turpitude which my offences does not come under like do I risk it and go for the Esta as mine isn't moral turpitude or do I still go for going for the visa like I don't get what your answers to my questions are going you obviously have a lot of knowledge about this topic so you must no what I should do like really would appreciate for the best of help thanks

again, contact a consulate or embassy. do you not read our posts?

1.) katzgar, contacting an embassy/consulate is the last thing you want to do. Their answer will never vary: You must declare all interactions with police, even ones that didn't result in arrest or court time. That means your ESTA automatically gets red flagged.

2.) Simon: Your question has been answered ad nauseam in the link I gave you in Reply #7 but I'll say it once again: Under normal circumstances there is no shared criminal database between US/UK but there is obviously never a guarantee when dealing with an international border crossing and the pricks at US Customs & Border Protection.

You have a criminal record that is likely too new/recent with too many convictions to be considered for admission so your only choices are to do the paperwork and roll the dice hoping you can clear things up before December, or wipe your convictions from your memory banks and roll the dice by lying.

Lastly, stop saying your convictions have nothing to do with moral turpitude. Repeating that over and over doesn't make it true.

Good luck.
