Dear Friends,

I'm looking at some help planning my trip to Turkey. I'm 2months pregnant and cannot exert physically. I would like to request for some information on how we can plan our days best basis where we are staying and given the fact that I cannot do trekking, riding, too much of walking, etc. Also what can I book in advance for example airport shuttles, balloon rides, any other tickets which might be cheaper if I book in advance. Need help with ideas on cultural'things to do'. Interested in doing the key monuments, Turkish folk dance, Turkish hammam, balloon ride, 1/2 day cruise on Bhosphorus, Princess island and obviously local food (vegetarian)

We have booked the following itinerary already.
Arrival on 10th May at 3pm
Hotel:Aspen Hotel, Kilincaslan Mahallesi Mermerli Sokak, No:25 Kaleici - Antalya
Depart for Cappadocia on 12th May at 10am (via Istanbul)

Arrival on 12th May at 2pm
Hotel: Sultan Caves Suites, Aydinli Sok, Goreme
Depart for Istanbul on 15th May at 10am

Arrival on 15th May at 1pm
Hotel:HILTON BOMONTI HOTEL , Merkez Mh., Bomonti Ar Sk, Şişli Istanbul
Depart for India on 18th May at 5pm

Thank you all in advance:)

Lots of good tours in Turkey to see it's history and sights, etc. Pop into a travel agent when there and book some.

Dear Shelly,

I am from Turkey, and I have travel many times places that you will be visiting… I am going to tell you at least not miss a very important historical sides…Most of the side is easy reach so you do not have walk long way see it...

In Antalya you must go to History Museum … Aspendos is about 1hour and 15 minutes by car… must see..

Cappadocia ;
Goreme Open air museum, Mustafa Pasa village( lunch at Old Greek House), and dinner at Museum Hotel Restaurant in Uchisar .. I think it would be best to have reservation for ballooning and Museum Hotel Restaurant for dinner.. Best ballooning company is if I remember correct Royal Ballooning…

Fish restaurant Sebahattin near Sultan Ahmet… Istanbul Archeology Museum, Topkapi Palace… Ayasofia, Basilica Cistern…

Let me know if you have any question…

Alex Mehmet
