We booked an accommodation through Tripadvisor, but now find ourselves stuck in a dispute between Tripadvisor and the accommodation owner. Basically the owner says she hasn't been paid by Tripadvisor for the last 3 guests, while Tripadvisor maintains they have paid her. She has indicated to us she expects us to pay on-site if she hasn't received the money when we arrive. This would be paying twice and is of course unacceptable. Still, with only two days before we get there (after a 18 hour journey), we are getting nervous about what will happen when we get there.
What's our best course of action?
