i usually bring a big giant cat in the hat towel... its my trade mark!! i dont care how bulky or fluffy it is... i love it and a shower's not a shower without it!

I bought one off the net the other week after looking at how much room my normal towel takes up plus Ive got to really think about saving weight and space. Id recommend it to anyone.

okay actaully I don't air dry... that much, I generally take a small towel... maybe the size of a tea towel, hand towel.. you get the picture.

You can't really walk around in it.. well you can, but you get "looks"..

A quick-dry towel does not look like a regular one. It has a spongy texture, just like one of those fake chamois you dry your car with. These are a must if you're in the tropics. In the high himidity, it can take literaly days for a regular towel to dry. Not only do the quick-dry towels dry quickly, as the name might suggest, but you can wring them out almost completely dry. And actually, they're pretty durable. I have several that are almost completely faded from hanging in the sun, but they're still runnin' strong.
