when you have a look at my map you will see that the center of the map shown is not really the center of MY map :-) Most of my trips are on the opposite site of the earth.
It's funny... do you think there is a chance to change this behavior?
I've seen this on a few other maps as well. For some reason the calculation gets confused with some of these and decides the dateline is the right place to center. Unfortunately it hasn't really been a high enough priority bug to dig deeper into at this point, but thanks for the reminder
I think this is not a bug. Why not have the possibility to choose a center for the map by your own?
Well, it is a bug because it is not doing what we would want it to do - which is center the map in such a way that it shows all your trips on the map with the bulk of the stops in the center of the map
Being able to set your own center is a feature request, which I'm also happy to consider, but must admit I don't really see a huge need for it.
