I will be flying with these to bangkok and altogether its a journey which will take about 20 hours.
So has anyone travelled with theses before and know if they are any good?

on my way back with them from Bkk their engine gave up on us just before departure - we spend a night in 5* hotel.

for this same price or less you can fly with eva (370 pounds inlc tax) directly to bkk

but what was the flight like?

e.g. food, entertainment, time etc

I think ok - it was some 5 years ago.

the he best is to sleep - you won't suffer from a jet lag

In 2003 I travelled from Helsinki,Finland to Australia via Singapore and that flight took 21 hours.It was crazy but worth it!Most of the time I slept but also watched heaps of movies showed during the flight and played some games Read magazines etc...I'm sure you'll come up with something..and also try to make a convo up with the person sitting next to you!I did!:)

Iam going with Emirates, £400 including tax and they might still have the deal on. It changes at Dubai with a 2 hour change over.
