Anybody have any other ideas ?
Anyone had same experience ?
There has to be a solution to this, I can't be punished for a mistake....can I ?

Your only recourse is what I said back in Reply #5: Talk to the UK Consulate.

Good luck.

Terry

Robson, don't confuse "abrupt and self-righteous" with "straightforward, accurate and to-the-point."

Terry

I'm not saying your posts werent, there is such a thing as being welcoming and polite though!

Tranquilo, Robson.

Deb's situation is dire. She's in a complicated legal quagmire that in order to give her any productive and accurate council required hard facts that were missing in her Original Post. Questions/answers concerning a Visa disaster like she's facing can only move forward with direct, cut-and-dried truths and that is what she received. Useless niceties are fine for the "I need a travel buddy" posts but that is not Deb's situation.

Cheers,
Terry

Deb, feel free to PM me.
