We are still trying to plan a route through Eastern Europe this summer.
The way we have it set up right now is London-Krakow, then Krakow to Prague. However, it takes 8 hours by train, and as our time is quite limited, we were thinking of flying. There doesn't seem to be any no frills airline??? It is "Lot" or nothing.
Any ideas?? Alternatively, we could change our Easyjet booking from London Krakow, to Prague, or Budapest??? Do Easyjet allow a change without a penalty???
Grateful for any help.

yes, easyjet would charge you for changing you booking.
train (overnight sleeper) or bus
I would take an overnight train, that way you don't waste any precious time and you should get a night's sleep in as well. I took an overnight from Krakow to Budapest and then another from Budapest to Prague, both were very comfortable, and I'm sure there are direct routes from Krakow to Prague.
check wizzair airlines.
krakow is worth to visit
I don't think any of the "Cheap Airlines" fly this route.
But you can check out what you options are Here
