Edit/Delete "Notes" in Planner Tool?

Travel Forums System Talk Edit/Delete "Notes" in Planner Tool?

I feel like I should be able to figure this out, but when using the Planner tool, I for some reason cannot find a way to either edit or delete any "notes" that I add to a particular stop. I am able to edit and delete bookmarks - just not notes.

I tried both IE and Chrome, in case it was a browser issue... thoughts?

Thank you in advance for your help!

There should be a little trash can icon in the top right corner of each note, and clicking that deletes it...

Interesting. I wish I could share a screen shot! The icons are there, but invisible. If I hover over the top right corner of the notes, you are correct - the icon turns to a normal "hand" where you can click. There actually appear to be two right next to each other (I would suppose one "edit" and one "delete"). However, neither are visible on the page itself.

Thank you, as that fixes my functional problem (I knew there must be a way!) - but as an FYI, the icons are not visible in either IE or Chrome. Perhaps the yellow of the notes box covers up the color of the trash can?

Hi Heather, a font is loaded which includes the icons for those actions. I'm wondering if for some reason that font isn't loading for you.

Would you do me a favour and open the Console in Chrome (View > Developer > Console) and when you load the page see what happens. I'm kind of expecting there to be a message in there that the browser blocked loading of certain files. If that's the case, just copy/paste what it shows you in there.

Interesting that it is in both Chrome and IE though, as I would have thought this might be specific to one browser and seeing as it works fine in Chrome for me, that's kind of surprising.
